My house deal closed today and I now have my keys. My mom and I spent some time cleaning today. Hopefully I’ll be able to start painting Friday. Check out the photo gallery.

Today I wrote the largest check I have ever written. In fact, it is the largest check I have ever seen in person not counting those overly large ones used as props on game shows. I made the down payment on my new house and signed a myriad forms (or maybe it was just a few dozen, I’ve lost track). I should be getting my keys on Wednesday, so I’ll do some cleaning after school throughout the week and maybe paint on Friday and Saturday. I plan on doing the major moving on Sunday.

I just set up blogger mobile at purelyspeculative, one of this site’s siblings. Blogger mobile allows you to publish photos to a blog from a camera phone by sending them to g0@blogger.com. Easy to do, but typing the entry into the keypad is a chore. Check out a photo of my dog Max.
