The concept was inspired by this <a href="http://www.ted.com/index.php/talks/hans_rosling_shows_the_best_stats_you_ve_ever_seen.html" title="Go to TED web site">TED Talk featuring Hans Rosling</a>, which features his <a href="http://www.gapminder.org/" title="Learn more about Gapminder">Gapminder software</a>.</p>
